McCall Harris

Securities & Investments

McCall counsels funds on formation, fundraising, and securities regulation and compliance. She has served in-house as a director of legal compliance to private funds and their administrators. McCall is licensed in Utah.

  • Investment Vehicles. Advises advisers and sponsors in the formation and closing of various investment vehicles, such as private funds and special purpose vehicles.

Eugenia has built and scaled global legal departments as general counsel and data protection officer. She is licensed in California and holds multiple privacy and security certifications, such as CIPP/US/E/M.

  • Technology Transactions. Advises companies on negotiating key technology transaction agreements, such as Master Services Agreements and Terms of Service.

  • Data Privacy. Counsels startups on building and managing privacy functions, business association agreements, GDPR & CCPA compliance, establishing privacy operations and procedures, and obtaining security certifications (e.g., SOC).
